Join us on Saturday September 19, 2009 for a 5K Run & Walk through Conshy, the Conshohocken Fellowship House and the Colonial Neighborhood Council. Walkers and runners alike are welcome...baby strollers and pets too! Your donations and support are greatly appreciated.

Post race activities will include, music, crafts, food, drink, and fun for kids and adults.
